The Valentine Box (also known as Valentine's Box in later versions) is the fifth box (previously the sixth) the player gains access in Cut the Rope. It was released on February 14, 2011 with the 1.2.0 update to celebrate Valentine's Day. It features divided candy, two halves of candy. The player has to reunite them before feeding to Om Nom.
Notable levels[]
Level 5-1 introduces reuniting the candies with an on-screen tip. Note that losing half of the candy leads to restarting a level.
Level 5-2 goes a bit further to demonstrate the interaction between two candy halves and bubbles. Each of the halves can have a separate bubble, but when they meet, only one bubble stays.
Level 5-12 carries it on, with eight bubbles in this level, an air cushion and three moving stars.
Level 5-25 has all three stars in a cage of electric sparks, so that the player has to time each action carefully.

Level Design[]
The background for this box is purple-blue with pink wavy lines and hearts on it, much like Valentine cards. Om Nom stands before a pair of cupid's wings, possibly being the one who reunites the candy pieces.
Changes in level design[]
Level 5-14 (modified in ver. 1.6): Removed one Rope Hook and changed starting positions of two Rope Hooks and left bubble.

On completing the box, the player gets Valentine Box Completed achievement. Getting three stars in each level gains Valentine Box Perfect achievement. Romantic Soul achievement is associated with the box.
