The Magic Lamp is the third episode of Season 4 of Om Nom Stories.
Description[]
In this episode, Om Nom finds himself in a desert, turns invisible and proves that with a sense of purpose, one can achieve anything.
Plot[]
Om Nom is walking in a desert and he finds something that reminds him of a candy. He tries to eat it, but he gags and spits it at a pile of sand. This reveals a lost building, so Om Nom enters. He slides down uncontrollably in a dish and hits a statue of one of his ancestors. He then notices a candy, but when he is running towards it, he trips on a teapot. Om Nom rubs it and leaves it, but the teapot is actually a genie lamp, and it follows him. Om Nom notices this, but he goes further and the lamp moves too. He moves to provoke the lamp into moving, and it does, frightening Om Nom. He attempts to climb some stairs to get to the candy, but the lamp moves a lever, turning the stairs into a ramp and causing Om Nom to tumble back and hit the statue again. This time, the helmet falls off and onto Om Nom. He attempts to climb up the ramp, but he fails. He tries again and fails, but this time, he falls into the lamp and it turns Om Nom into a ghost. The lamp starts swinging him around, but Om Nom resists and tries to climb the ramp again, failing. The lamp continues to swing him around, but Om Nom resists, causing the lamp to pull harder. Then, Om Nom inflates himself and lifts the lamp, then he deflates, swinging the lamp around and taking the candy with him. He manages to exit the building and get to a beach.

When Om Nom misses the candy on the bed, he gets trapped in it, and when the Magic Spider gets his hat off his eyes, he targets it, turning it into a unicycle.
Trivia[]
- Several of Om Nom's animations are recycled from episodes animated by Toonbox:
- His walking animation when he passes the statue is his walking animation from Underground.
- When he runs towards the candy before tripping on the lamp, his animation is recycled from Junkyard when he gets to the edge of the canyon. It is used again for a brief moment before the lamp's jewel changes from green to red.
- His animation used when he tries to provoke the lamp into moving is recycled from Ancient Greece when he moves away from his ancestor after breaking his sculpture.
- His animation used when he notices the lamp moving is recycled from The Stone Age when the creature reveals itself.
- The third round of a giveaway was held for the week of the release for this episode for a chance to win Cut the Rope: Magic magnets. To join, the viewer had to comment the location of the hidden object, like the video and subscribe, and the winner was selected randomly.
- The winner of that week's giveaway was Nan Lara.
